Payment Terms

All session payments shall be made before or within 7 days of the breathwork session.

Cancellation Policy

Clients can reschedule or cancel private breathwork sessions up to 48 hours prior to the booking. Any late cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged the full session price.

Group breathwork sessions are non-refundable, however please let us know if you cannot make it and we will see if anyone on our waitlist would like your ticket.

Cancellations by Breathe East

If we need to cancel your private breathwork session, you will be notified by email and you may either reschedule or receive a refund. For group breathwork sessions you will be offered a refund or a place on the next available group session.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is our utmost priority in our breathwork sessions. We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information shared during our time together. Your personal information and session records will be securely stored and accessed only by your facilitator. Any communication between sessions, such as emails or text messages, will also be kept confidential. 

The breathwork sessions and notes are completely confidential except under these circumstances:

If I believe you are at significant risk of harming yourself or others, I may need to break confidentiality to prevent harm. This would only occur in extreme circumstances, and I would discuss the situation with you before taking any action whenever possible. As part of maintaining professional standards, I occasionally receive guidance from a trusted mentor to support my growth and ensure the highest quality of care in my work. Please rest assured that no personal identifying information about you will be shared, and all discussions remain strictly confidential. If required by a court of law to provide evidence, such as in criminal proceedings, I may be obligated to share information.

Disclaimer & Waiver

Breathe East Breathwork is for participants aged 18 or over. This style of breathwork is safe yet at times can include intense physical and emotional release and it is not recommended those who are pregnant or for people with certain medical conditions, including the following contraindications:

Cardiovascular disorders, Convulsive disorders and epilepsy, Severe asthma (for mild asthma, please bring inhaler), Lung, heart or spinal issues, Recent injuries or operations, Severe psychiatric conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and psychosis, History of aneurysms, Severe diabetes, Glaucoma, Detached retina, Osteoporosis, Any other medical, psychiatric or physical conditions which would impair or affect ability to engage in any activities that involve intense physical and/or emotional release.

As your Breathwork Facilitator, Johanna Greenish is not a physician, therapist, psychologist or healthcare professional and does not diagnose illness or disease or prescribe any medical treatment. Breathe East Breathwork is not a substitute for medical care and it is recommended that you work with your primary care physician for any condition you may have.

Participation in Breathe East Breathwork is at your own risk. By signing up for our sessions or events, you hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or may have hereafter against your Breathing Facilitator.

This agreement, and any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim of whatever nature arising out of or in any way relating to this agreement or its formation (including any non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

GDPR and Confidentiality

Privacy: We fully comply with GDPR regulations and uphold stringent confidentiality standards to protect personal information. Customer data collected through our platform is used solely to facilitate breathwork sessions and will never be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
