Rebirthing Breathwork is a powerful healing modality that uses conscious, connected breathwork to connect with the innate wisdom of the body and access expanded states of consciousness.
Often in life, we encounter experiences that we may not be able to fully feel or process in the moment. As a result, emotions can become stored in the body, limiting our natural flow of energy and creativity.
Our habitual breathing patterns often bypass these emotional blockages, leading us to unconsciously avoid the feelings we once suppressed. This can leave us feeling stuck, disconnected, and unfulfilled - like we’re living out of sync with our authentic selves.
In Rebirthing Breathwork, the breath guides the process, leading you to those hidden places where connection and release are most needed. As you breathe, unresolved emotions and memories are met with breath and awareness, leading to profound insights and healing, as well as a deeper sense of alignment with who you truly are.

What to expect in Private Breathwork Session
Rebirthing Breathwork Sessions are suitable for both newcomers to breathwork and those more experienced. Each session is a journey of self-discovery and healing, tailored to your individual needs and intentions.
The session begins with a check-in to explore your feelings and what your focus for the session is. Then, you are gently guided into the breathwork process.
As you breathe in a deep, conscious and connected rhythm, your life energy starts to circulate guided by the inner wisdom of the body. This increased energy flow can release emotional, physical, and energetic blockages, creating space for profound healing, clarity and growth.
After the breathwork, we'll take time to reflect and integrate your experience.
In a 1:1 session, the presence of a facilitator provides a safe and supportive space for both your body and mind, enabling you to go deeper into the process.
For in-person sessions, gentle touch may be offered, always with your consent.
Pricing & Location
I offer Breathwork Sessions at two locations in Hackney. My main session room by Victoria Park and ad hoc hours at Space To Be You. I am also able to do home visits within London.
Breathwork Sessions can be taken as individual or ongoing sessions. While a single session can create significant positive change, many clients find that a series of sessions offers the most transformative effect. Regular breathwork can lead to profound personal shifts, as well as help you to develop a practice to do at home.
After your initial session, I offer a package of 5 sessions with a 10% discount if paid in advance.

The session will be held over a zoom video call, so you will need a good internet connection.

Wear loose, comfy clothes or something you would wear to a yoga class so that you can relax and take big breaths.

Pregnant women are advised against practising Breathwork.

Breathwork can lead to intense physical and emotional experiences and is only recommended for individuals aged 18 and older.
It is not suitable for pregnant women and certain medical conditions. The following conditions are contraindicated: cardiovascular disorders, convulsive disorders or epilepsy, recent injuries or surgeries, severe asthma (for mild asthma bring your inhaler), history of aneurysms, glaucoma, detached retina, osteoporosis, lung, heart, or spinal issues, severe diabetes and severe psychiatric conditions such as bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or psychosis.
As your breathwork facilitator, Johanna Greenish does not diagnose illness or disease, prescribe medical treatments, or act as a healthcare professional or therapist. This practice is not a substitute for medical care. You are advised to work with your primary healthcare provider for any medical conditions.

It's recommended to take a at least 30 minutes after your breathwork session to settle and ground yourself. Integration can sometimes complete itself during the session, but may also take a few hours or days to integrate fully.
Please drink plenty of water after your session and avoid alcohol or recreational drugs on the day of your session.

Clients can reschedule or cancel session up to 48 hours prior to the booking.

I offer sessions at my main session room just by Victoria Park, Hackney E9. I also give sessions on an ad hoc basic at Space To Be You, on Mare Street E8.
